So it's really gonna happen. I got everything done on my list of "to do's" and was ready to start down to Jacobs Field for "Opening Day" (part III). I had just washed the bike for morning take off and what did I see. No - it's what I didn't see. No driving lights!!!! Now what?? Are they just wet?, did I short a fuse? (no). Oh well, I had already bought some replacement lights figuring when one goes, they'll both go - so I'll take the front end off and replace them, right? I still had 45 minutes before I met Weez for the baseball game. So I replace the first light, and it doesn't work. What's the problem? Make a quick call to Pacho the fixit man. He'll come over in the AM. OK - I'm off to baseball. He calls back - leave me a key - I'm coming over now. A quick call to Weez and she finds someone to take to the game. I REALLY hated to miss the game, but I REALLY wanted to leave in the morning, so I came back to help.
It was a bad bulb. Unbelievable!! I'm up and running, and ready to go in the AM.
