You think it can't get any worse - and yet, it does. These bozos at National City Trust Real Estate just don't get it. The lease situation they hold with my former business is one they seemingly don't want to get rid of. I know I've been a great tenent, but they knew MONTHS ago that I was going to be leaving on this trip, but I wasn't going to leave until the new lease was done. Less than a week before my scheduled departure date, the lawyer for NCB calls to let me know he just got the paper work and will start work on it this week. WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????????? I can't believe it. They really dropped the ball on this one. They may really like me, but I resent them more every hour. Now What? Do I stay or do I go. Do I sue them, or just threaten them with bodily harm? What to do, what to do.
